Ayurvedic Self-Care Wisdom for Greater Wellbeing
The tumult of change, loss, and unknowns over the past few years has caused stress in many people’s bodies and minds. If you’ve noticed a change in digestion, mental focus, emotional health, sleep patterns, or energy levels, this course will help you start new path to feeling better.
This 4-week adventure into Ayurveda’s ancient holistic wisdom and its system of easy, effective self-care rituals will create lifelong benefits in your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Each week provides an Ayurvedic perspective on the lungs, brain, heart, and liver. Wellbeing in these vital organs creates holistic vitality wealth in all aspects of life- personal, professional, family, spiritual, and creative.
Kellen will share simple daily self-care investments for each vital organ. Self-care rituals you can make in order (and holy chaos) to breathe easier during allergy season, avoid catching seasonal bugs, have better focus at work, experience smoother emotions, and partake in the upcoming holiday treats, sans feeling bloated or catching that post-holiday cold. These tips will easily merge into your daily routines and become lifelong habits for enjoying holistic vitality.
Investing in Your Wellbeing Creates Lifelong Benefits
