I’ve used essential oils since 2002 and studied aromatherapy at The Ayurvedic Institute. I’ll advise which oils support digestion, immunity, moods, relaxation, hormones, and respiratory system. When it comes to holistic wellness, Mother (Nature) knows best.

Hydrate body and chill mind. Summer sun and heat depletes water element in the body. And tends to ignite pitta emotions like impatience and anger. This organic rose water spray cools and soothes skin irritated by summer sun and heat. It’s also a wonderful toner to use in your daily skin care routine. For mind and emotions, spritz face, back of neck and heart at first spark of high pitta.
